Who we are
LR Roofing is a family-run roofing business based in Weymouth, Dorset, run by Liam. For anything related to your personal data, contact us on 07496 648828 or Liam@lrroofing.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through the forms on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and anything you write in the message box. We use these details for one thing: contacting you about your roof and preparing your quote. That is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us.
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the form contents solely to pass them to our inbox. We do not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels or advertising networks on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any job that follows. If you do not become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months. Records connected to completed work (quotes, invoices, guarantees) are kept for 6 years as required for tax and guarantee purposes.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services needed to run the business: our email provider and Web3Forms (form delivery). We never sell or pass your details to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ring or email us and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
